The first step in getting your property prepared for sale is our Verbal Staging Consultation. We will visit the home and walk through the rooms with you to get a feel for the space and discuss any challenges that we see. You will receive all of our expert recommendations (while you take notes) and a buyer’s perspective of how your property shows. Our suggestions of how to best present your property, inside and out, include space planning, arrangement of furnishings, items to remove, cosmetic fixes, and possibly new paint and color schemes to accent the spaciousness and architecture of the house. The fee for the Verbal Consultation is $175.00 for up to two hours of time.
Once our recommendations have been completed, many clients have us return to stage their property and provide the finishing touches. We often enhance the overall look of the property with additional furniture pieces and décor. Upon request a no obligation Staging Proposal will be provided after the Verbal Staging Consultation. The fee for the return visit varies depending on the amount of staging to be done.
