We are pleased to announce our statistics for 2011 which are almost double the results of last year. In 2011 Synergy Staging helped sell over 13.6 million dollars of property that closed. Homes with our staging sold on average at 98% of list price. In addition, our average staged home sold approximately 71% faster when compared to the average days on market throughout the Portland metro area.

The wall color was changed from white to a few complimentary earth tones which immediately changed the feel of the house. The home was then staged to create an environment that showed potential buyers how they could live in the home and helped them connect to the space.
