When Synergy Staging was asked to stage a model unit for one of the newest Proud Ground developments, we were thrilled to be able to work with this awesome non-profit Portland agency that helps low income home buyers purchase their first home. This beautiful project named Svaboda Court has twelve newly constructed townhomes that are LEED platinum certified.

One of the more rewarding aspects of being a home stager is helping buyers see the potential of their new property. When our staging is also helping first time buyers envision their first home, it’s all the more fulfilling.

Synergy Staging 2011 Top Success Stories

Synergy Staging is pleased to present our Top 9 Success Stories of 2011. This video of before and after photos showcases the vacant homes we staged that sold the fastest this past year. Some had been on the market well over 100 days prior to staging and sold very quickly.

Although it was a challenging year for the Real Estate market, there were plenty of positive signs to show that the market is moving well when a home is priced appropriately for the neighborhood, prepared well, and professionally staged.

2011 Proves Most Successful For Synergy Staging

2011 was another challenging year for both the real estate market and the economy as a whole. Although it continued to be a sluggish year, we saw many positive signs in the industry that sales are picking up and turning the corner.

We are pleased to announce our statistics for 2011 which are almost double the results of last year. In 2011 Synergy Staging helped sell over 13.6 million dollars of property that closed. Homes with our staging sold on average at 98% of list price. In addition, our average staged home sold approximately 71% faster when compared to the average days on market throughout the Portland metro area.

We appreciate the continued loyalty and support of our clients and look forward to working with you in 2012. Happy New Year!

Portland Investors Score with Home Staging

Almost every remodeled home that Synergy Staging has staged has sold in less than 30 days compared to the average days on market of 140. And every new home that has been staged, without fail, has sold within 2 weeks after staging! Several homes had been shown empty for up to one month with no interest. The Real Estate market can be unpredictable. That is one reason we encourage clients to stage their homes, to give them an edge and help sell their homes more quickly for more money.

Synergy Staging recently staged this beautiful home in Newberg, Oregon. The showings started slowly and even though the home was priced well, there wasn’t immediate interest. Then all of a sudden, on one weekend, three offers, and a bidding war. A bidding war in this market? Yes! It sold for over asking price with a solid back-up offer.

Keeping the home staged until it sold made all the difference. With the large spaces and undefined rooms, buyers would have continued to pass it by. Creating an atmosphere that buyers can imagine living in helps them see the potential of the house. Don’t leave the sale of your home to the imagination of potential buyers. it’s too risky.
