Click on photo to see Before and Afters for each property SW Condor Avenue, Portland, Oregon After sitting on the market vacant for almost one year, Synergy Staging was brought in to stage this traditional home with stunning views of downtown Portland. Between the original asking price and some of the dated features of the home a sale had not transpired. Once staged the showings increased and a successful sale followed.
Marylhurst Drive, West Linn, Oregon This occupied home custom built by the owners was staged using much of their furnishings and enhanced by our staging inventory. The home took a little longer to sell than we hoped, but the owners were firm on their price and not in a situation where they had to compromise with the current market. Ultimately the house sold at the price they wanted and they were certain the staging helped them get the price they wanted.
SW Sandridge Drive, Tigard, Oregon This Bull Mountain Craftsman home had tons of curb appeal and tons of competition. Although the home had many features, selling in the first part of 2009 was a challenge that many owners faced. Working with some existing furniture in the home and enhanced by furnishings from our inventory, the result was another successful sale.
Dawnwood Drive, Portland, Oregon This lovely home in Portland sold in less than 60 days after being staged by Synergy Staging. The owners had very little furniture and decor and needed the house to shine with all the other competition in the area. We were able to utilize what was in the home and enhance with much of our inventory to truly showcase the property. It was only a matter of time before an offer was accepted and the deal closed.
SE 63rd Avenue, Portland, Oregon The owner of this home built in 1908 needed a quick sale. Synergy Staging provided a Consultation Report suggesting what should be done to bring out the maximum appeal of the property. After the 'to do' list was complete, we staged the home using much of what the homeowner already had in the property. The home sold 2 weeks later at full price! Even in a difficult market the right staging can bring about quick sales at maximum profit!
SW Mohawk Street, Tualatin, Oregon After sitting on the market for 7 months, Synergy Staging was called to help this unit sell. This small 2 bedroom condo was getting little to no response and needed to be staged. The homeowner removed the items we suggested, however we had to work with the existing wall colors. Using some of the furniture that was already in the home along with our art and decor, we staged the unit and the sold sign went up 8 weeks later.
SW Willow Drive, Sherwood, Oregon This beautiful mid-priced home in Sherwood received an offer after only 6 weeks. Competition was fierce with other similar homes in the neighborhood on the market as well. Combining traditional and contemporary flavors, the staging in this home made all the difference in a successful sale!
SE Tolman Street, Portland, Oregon
This charming
Portland home in SE sold in less than 5 days - two times! The
first buyers backed out and the owners had to put the house back on
the market. In less than 5 days, there were 3 full price
offers and the home sold for more than $6,500 over the asking
price! Staging can certainly make all the difference!
Camden Lane, Beaverton, Oregon Thank you once again for your outstanding efforts in staging my listing. In this Buyer's real estate market, my seller had a lot of competition from several condos in the same complex that have been on the market for months. My clients had an accepted offer in just 12 days for which we can thank you! With so much competition it is imperative for a seller to make their home stand out from all the others, and you helped my client's home do just that. I have recommended your services many times and will continue to do so in the future. You are incredibly talented! Sonja Mefford, Broker, Prudential Northwest Properties
Hughes Drive, West Linn, Oregon This quaint home in West Linn had been receiving little to no response as it sat vacant on the market. The empty house was not showing well. Once the property was staged by Synergy Staging the response was overwhelming and the owners immediately started receiving multiple offers.
Orchard Way, Lake Oswego, Oregon This beautiful home in Lake Oswego had been on the market for 7 months prior to Synergy Staging coming on the scene. After only six weeks and multiple offers, the home was sold and escrow closed just nine weeks after the staging was put into the home. Another example of how the right staging can set your home apart from others on the market and generate interest and a sold sign!
SW Park Avenue, Portland, Oregon The recent housing market has made it much more difficult to sell a property quickly. This condo unit was in a building with several other similar units for sale. As a result of the beautiful staging which had to be just the right scale, the owners received two offers including one for all cash which they accepted.
NE 35th, Portland, Oregon After sitting on the market for over four months with no offers, the owners of this quaint 600 square foot 1919 Craftsman home knew they had to do something different. The unique space provided challenges to potential buyers who could not envision how the small space could work for them. On December 22 Synergy Staging worked its magic and staged the home. In notoriously the toughest time of year for the Real Estate market, the owners had a very happy New Year's Day. Not only did the house sell on January 1st, but they received two solid back-up offers. Staging truly works!
NE 156th, Portland, Oregon This poorly renovated 1970's home had been on the market for over two months prior to Synergy Staging coming into the picture. The vacant property received only negative feedback as potential buyers could not imagine living in the vast empty space, nor take their eyes off of the problem areas that still needed to be fixed. Once staged by Synergy Staging, the house came alive and buyers fell in love with the space and could see past the imperfections. A full price offer was received within two weeks and the home sold. Just another reminder that a staged home shows better than a vacant home every time. Vacant homes sit on the market, while staged homes are sold homes.
